Donna started violin in fourth grade, and played violin and viola in orchestras for many years. She is a licensed Music Teacher, and has taught in both California and Oregon. Ever since she found fiddling, she has been having fun playing many styles, with fiddlers from all over. She has participated in fiddle workshops taught by Jack Tuttle, Michael Cleveland, Paul Shelasky, Megan B. Lynch, Deby Benton Grosjean, and others.

Donna teaches both by ear and by note, helping students to feel comfortable no matter what experience they have had, and has taught students from three years old to 92! She has competed in the Willamette Valley Fiddle Contest and the Oregon State Fiddle Contest and is currently employed by 4J school district.
